Help Shape the Conversation
TENWEST speakers help shape the ideas, conversations, and connections driving innovation in Southern Arizona and beyond. We bring together founders, creatives, technologists, and community leaders to explore the intersections of entrepreneurship, creativity, culture, and impact.

Speaker spots for 2026 are very limited and highly competitive. Applications are reviewed and selected by the TENWEST Curator’s Committee, with an emphasis on strong ideas, real-world experience, and sessions that spark action and meaningful connection.

Take the Stage
PITCH AT TENWEST
Step onto the IdeaFunding stage, Arizona’s longest-running pitch competition for early-stage founders.
​
New for 2026, Arizona-based companies apply into one of two tracks—Tech Startup or Creative & Community Innovation—and pitch live during TENWEST in Tucson.
​
Founders receive pitch training, visibility, and the opportunity to compete for $50,000+ in non-dilutive prizes, sharing their story on a main stage in front of Arizona’s entrepreneurial community.

Help Behind the Scenes
VoLUNTEER AT TENWEST
TENWEST is powered by the people who help bring the festival to life. Volunteers play a vital role in supporting operations before and during the event—across venues, sessions, and experiences throughout Downtown Tucson.
​
Volunteers who commit to 4–6 hours of service are eligible to purchase a reduced All-Conference Pass for $25, which includes a TENWEST volunteer shirt. Volunteer roles are limited, and all volunteers must apply and be accepted before confirming shifts.
