TENWEST is built on connection, across industries, communities, and lived experiences. Each year, we create intentional pathways to ensure more voices, perspectives, and leaders are part of the experience.

ACCESS THE FEST
Presented by:
Access the Fest, in partnership with Vantage West, is a community access initiative that provides full participation in TENWEST for entrepreneurs, creatives, nonprofit professionals, students, and community leaders from across Arizona.

The program is designed to bring new voices into the room, foster meaningful connections, and support people who are ready to grow, contribute, and engage deeply in the TENWEST experience.

Selected participants receive:

An All-Conference Pass to TENWEST

A pre-festival virtual concierge session to help design their schedule

A curated swag bag, including items from TENWEST and Vantage West​

As part of the program, participants agree to engage fully in the experience and share reflections following the festival.

Application & review process:

Applications open February 18 and close March 1.

Recipients will be notified in early March.

If not selected, early-bird pricing will be honored.

Scholarship recipients will be selected based on the depth and thoughtfulness of their applications, with a particular focus on first-time attendees who clearly demonstrate how attending TENWEST aligns with their professional or creative goals and provides a meaningful benefit to their work or business.
INDIGENIZE TENWEST
Indigenize TENWEST, in partnership with the Indigenous Community Collaborative and aligned with Startup Tucson’s Rooted in Arizona Indigenous Loan Program, is committed to empowering Native American communities across Arizona.
The initiative increases representation at TENWEST, highlights Indigenous innovation, and strengthens relationships with Tribal Nations throughout the state.
Selected participants receive:

Priority is given to first-time attendees, Indigenous entrepreneurs, small business owners, and community leaders.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and tickets are issued as available.
