Already have your conference pass? Don't forget to bring it!
If you've already checked in at registration during any at the previous festival days, please remember to bring your conference badge as it's your ticket to TENWEST for the duration of the festival!
Doors and Coffee start @ 8:45am
Doors open and check-in begins at 8:45am. Presta Coffee will be featured tomorrow. To ensure we're ready to greet you, please do not come before 9am.
Free Parking in Lot B
Parking is included for TENWEST ticket holders in TCC's Lot B. Access is easiest from Granada.
Check-In and Conference Location
TENWEST is located in the Grand Lobby, meeting rooms, ballroom and long galleria of TCC. Entry, check-in and badge pickup is located in the Grand Lobby off of Lot B. Enter from the patio area and look for the TENWEST banner and signs.
Lunch & Happy Hours
Lunch will be provided by TCC and happy hour snacks will be from Flora's Market Run. Both include vegetarian options however we cannot guarantee they will meet any other dietary needs.
Wi-Fi, Work Stations & Lounges
In between sessions, TCC has been set up with various workstations and lounge areas for your convenience. WiFi is available for free on the TCC guest network.
Additional Tips
Bring a refillable water bottle to use one of our water stations. We will have reusable water bottles for sale for $1. Dress in layers in case Arizona AC decides it's still summer. Arrive with the goal of forging new friendships, learning something new, and discovering your role in your community!
