What is TENWEST Impact Festival?TENWEST is Southern Arizona's premier professional development and innovation festival, blending entrepreneurship, technology, creativity, and community impact. The event features multi-day conferences, networking opportunities, inspiring keynotes, and a variety of experiences throughout Downtown Tucson.

When and where is TENWEST held?TENWEST takes place in Downtown Tucson across multiple venues, creating a walkable and immersive experience. The dates for this year’s festival can be found on our official website. To view all the venues, visit our Festival Map page.

What are the festival hours of operation?Festival hours vary by event and venue. General conference sessions typically run from 9 AM – 4 PM, while evening events and special programs may extend later. A full schedule will be available on our website and mobile app.

Is the festival family-friendly?While many sessions and networking events are geared toward professionals and require attendees to be 18+, select community-focused and cultural experiences may be suitable for families. Check individual event descriptions for details.

How do I purchase tickets?Tickets are available for purchase online via our official website. We offer various ticket types, including full conference passes, single-day passes, and special event tickets.

What types of tickets are available?We have an All-Access, All-Conference, and Individual Day passes available for purchase. We also have special event tickets to evening events and special experiences such as the TENWESTx Events. Check out our ticket page for more information.

What does each badge type grant access to?All Access Pass: Access to all conference sessions, daily connect events, XEvents, Wellness Summit, VIP areas, Swag Bag, and drink tickets. All-Conference Pass: Access to all conference sessions, TENWEST Connect Events, Mega Mixer, and IdeaFunding Pitch Competition. Individual-Day Pass: Access to sessions and events on a specific day. Special Event Tickets: Access to evening events or special experiences such as TENWESTx Talks, TENWESTx Pitch, and TENWESTx Live.

Where do I pick up my badge?Badges must be picked up at the main TENWEST registration hub, located at The Grand Tucson on Tuesday evening, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. Badges will be picked up for the Wellness Summit on-site at the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine. Check-in for Connects events and evening experiences will be done on-site.

Can I upgrade my ticket?Yes! Reach out to info@tenwest.com for upgrade instructions or stop by the registration area in HQ.

Are tickets refundable or transferable?Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Do I need to bring a printed ticket?No, we encourage digital check-in. Bring your mobile ticket or confirmation email for entry.

Are Student passes available?Yes! Student passes are available for purchase at a discounted rate. Please ensure you bring your student ID to check in to receive your student badge. Student tickets can be purchased here.

What should I do if I lose my badge?If you lose your badge, we can reissue it at HQ in the Grand. Stop by the registration desk for help.

How do I navigate between venues?TENWEST events take place across multiple venues in Downtown Tucson, all within a walkable radius. A venue map will be provided on our website and mobile app. View the venue map here.

Where are the venue access points? Venue entranceEach venue has designated entry points for ticket holders. Look for TENWEST signage or check the event app for detailed entry instructions. Entrance points will be at the physical address locations.

Is parking available?Downtown Tucson: Downtown has tons of parking near our venues! You can view locations, rates and more at our partner Downtown Tucson Partnerships Parking Guide. The closest garages to TENWEST HQ at the Grand are The Depot and Pennington Street Garages. Other close options include the AC Hotel Garage and Pennington Street Garage. Centennial Hall: Tyndall Avenue Garage, is a a short walk from Centennial Hall. Garage parking is gated and available for hourly and daily rates and accepts the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Will there be a shuttle service between venues?No official shuttle service is provided, but all venues are within a short walking distance. Tucson’s Sun Link Streetcar is also available for easy transit.

Are venues accessible?Yes, all official TENWEST venues are ADA-compliant. If you need additional accommodations, please contact us in advance.

What if I get lost or need help?Visit any TENWEST info station located at key venues, or use our mobile app for real-time navigation and event updates.

Will there be a Wi-Fi network available at the venue?You will have access to Public wifi networks at each of the venues.

Is there front row seating for disabled and hard of hearing people?If you would like to request special accomodations, please let a TENWEST team member know upon check-in and we are happy to work with you to reserve seating in the sessions you will be attending.

What should I bring?Comfortable walking shoes (events are spread across multiple locations) - Charged mobile device for the event app and schedule - Notebook or business cards for networking - A refillable water bottle (some venues provide refill stations) - We also recommend dressing with layers as temperatures can fluctuate throughout the day.

Will food and drinks be available?Yes! Many venues have food options, and Downtown Tucson offers excellent local dining. Some events may include catered meals or drink options. Check out local restauarants partnered with us here.

Is there a dress code?Business casual is recommended for daytime conference sessions, but feel free to express your style. Evening events vary but are more entertainment focused.

Can I leave and re-enter events?Yes, as long as you have your digital ticket or festival lanyards, you can come and go as needed.

What if I miss a session I wanted to attend?We may choose to record certain sessions to release later but there is no live broadcast. If there is a session you'd like to see, make sure to join us in person!

What is Lunch Links via Rio Nuevo?Lunch Links is a networking opportunity, brought to you by TENWEST and Rio Nuevo, where you can connect in with local restaurants and fellow TENWEST pass holders with a facilitated conversation on a specific topic. To participate in LunchLinks, report to HQ at noon on Wed, Thurs or Friday.

Is there a waitlist for sessions at capacity?For any sessions with limited capacity and a required RSVP, our conference app, Whova, has an automatic waitlist function. If you are waitlisted from a session, check your Whova App to see if spots have opened.

Is there an official merchandise store?Yes! We will have official TENWEST merch located at The Grand (HQ) throughout the festival. We also have swag bags available for purchase on our website.

Will there be designated spaces for relaxation or work?Yes! We will have both coworking and lounge space available at The Grand.

What items are prohibited at the festival?Weapons, outside alcohol, illegal substances, and disruptive items such as air horns or drones are not permitted. Evening venues may have their own prohibited item lists. Please check venue websites for specific information.

Is there a lost and found at the event?Lost and Found will be located at The Grand (headquarters). Lost and found items will be kept for 1 week post-festival at Startup Tucson. Reach out to info@tenwest.com to inquire after the fest.

What is the photography and recording policy?Attendees are welcome to take personal photos, but professional photography and recording require media credentials. Some sessions may restrict recording.

Will there be any on-site services like charging stations for devices?We will not have any designated charging stations for devices, but in The Grand, there are outlets available for any device charging.

Are the events smoke-free?TENWEST follows the smoking rules of the specific venues. Many of the venues offer designated-outdoor areas for smokers. Check directly with venues and local laws regarding smoking areas and restrictions.

Is there a bag check or storage service available at the venue?No. We will not have a bag check or storage service available.

Can I share my experience on social media, and are there any event-specific hashtags?Yes! We love our attendees to share their experiences on social media. We recommend utilizing hashtags such as #TENWESTFest or #TENWEST2025.

What should I do in the event of an emergency?In case of emergency, please call 911. If the situation is not in urgent need of fire, medical or law inforcement support, please find a TENWEST staff member for help.

Photo and Video ReleaseWhen you enter a TENWEST event or program, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by TENWEST and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar TENWEST or Startup Tucson events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of Startup Tucson. You release Startup Tucson, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Startup Tucson/TENWEST or the person or entity designated to do so by Startup Tucson/TENWEST. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event. If you do not consent to your photo being used, please see registration immediately upon check-in.

Will I have access to speaker's slides decks?Slides will be available post-festival upon request and if agreed to by the presenter.

Will session recordings or materials be available?Select sessions may be recorded and shared online. Speaker presentations may also be made available post-event.

How can I provide feedback about the festival?We love to hear from attendees! You can provide feedback via our post-event survey or email us directly. Whova also allows you to enter session feedback into the app directly.
